Celebrating eleven years of anime and Japanese culture, Kumoricon is back with a vengeance! Gaining its namesake (kumori) from the Japanese word for "cloudy", we embody everything it means to live in the Northwest and love this fandom. Stretching across generations, anime fans have gathered together for an amazing Labor Day weekend event, rain or shine. Returning to Vancouver, we are excited to bring you another wonderful anime convention designed and operated with the fans and their devotion in mind.

Pre-registration options for annual Kumoricon Event Membership are listed below. Membership includes attendance to Kumoricon 2013 as its primary benefit.

As a pre-registering member, you have the option of having your badge mailed to you, or held for will call at the con. There is a $1 discount when choosing Will Call.

A few important notes

Please review the following before registering:

• Age policy: If you are under age 18, you must provide a parent permission form in order to attend Kumoricon. This form is available on the Registration page of the website (click to visit). You may mail it in, or turn it in when you check in at-con. Attendees age 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also a paid member. Your age on August 30, 2013 determines what type of membership you need to purchase.
• Multiple registrations: If you purchase registrations for more than one person at the same time, please make sure to enter each attendee's individual name and contact information (not just a single person's name repeated on all the registrations). Each registration is a membership and is in the name of a specific individual.
• Remember to bring: You must bring photo ID when checking in, regardless of whether you have your badge mailed or held for will call.
• Convention policies: At Kumoricon, all members must follow the Kumoricon Convention Policies (click to view).
• Staff/panelist registration: If you intend to join staff or apply for a panelist discount, please contact the director for the staff position you are interested in, or submit a panel form, instead of pre-registering here.
• No refunds: We're sorry, but Kumoricon does not allow membership transfers or refunds. Please contact registration@kumoricon.org if you have any questions.

As a Kumoricon Event Member, we may contact you! We'd like to send you a brief newsletter occasionally. We'd like to let you know important or useful information about either the Kumoricon convention, or your membership. We might also need to contact you if there's a problem requiring follow-up. Any message of a news or announcement nature will have unsubscribe instructions (though even if you unsubscribe, we may still contact you for urgent notices or for situations affecting you specifically).

Your email address and other details will not be sold or rented in any individualized or personally identifiable form.
